About Your New Role

Providing clinical consultancy to our multidisciplinary team within the scope of paediatric and NDIS Speech Pathology

Act as an expert resource to guide our Speech Pathology team and our clients to best support their needs

Providing clinical mentoring and supervision of Speech Pathologists in the clinic and community, further developing their clinical knowledge and skills Supporting Speech Pathologists to implement best practice, incorporate evidence based practises reviewing quality and compliance of service provision

Collaborate with the wider Clinical Quality and Development (CQD) team in quality improvement projects such as multidisciplinary collaboration and developing the best clinical outcomes in the most efficient manner





Consider new and innovative service provisions and plan and implement such programs in collaboration with Clinicians.

Providing vision and clinical leadership to Clinicians and implement processes which assist in developing their clinical and managerial skills

Stay informed and communicate the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes within the NDIS and Community sectors.

Lead team meetings, support case conferences, and promote professional development activities. This role will be predominantly based out of our Carrum Downs Clinic in Melbourne, but will require travel to other local clinics to support our Speech Pathology team. 5 years of leadership/mentor experience Experience in Paediatrics or the NDIS space

Current SPA registration Valid Australian driver’s licence and car Current or willing to obtain: NDIS Worker Screening Check
