Location: Frankston or the Mornington Peninsula Region

Role Overview

You will be an Architectural Photographer creating high‑quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties using cutting‑edge technology. Your media will be essential for renters, homebuyers and commercial real‑estate professionals who rely on Domain and CoStar to market properties and spot opportunities.

What You’ll Do

- Produce interior and exterior media of residential houses, apartments, office, industrial, and retail properties.
- Create engaging videos that showcase standout features of residential and commercial properties.
- Capture Matterport 3D walkthroughs of properties.
- Generate Gaussian splat views using drones where possible.
- Produce exterior media for suburbs, parks, and schools.
- Utilise professional‑grade tools to create visually appealing media.
- Travel up to a week per month as required.
- Select optimal times of day, season, and location to photograph assignments.
- Edit all photography and video in a timely manner to deliver complete projects.
- Communicate professionally with clients during all aspects of media shoots.
- Continuously learn and develop your craft, staying up to date on new techniques and technology.
- Participate in team meetings to address business challenges and promote collaboration.

Ideally you’ll have

- Demonstrated experience as a professional real‑estate photographer or similar.
- A portfolio showcasing interior and exterior imagery; drone photography and videography highly regarded.




- A School Certificate (or equivalent qualification).
- Two or more years of professional real‑estate photography and videography experience, or recent completion of a photography‑focused qualification.
- Strong understanding of manual camera settings, composition, and lighting techniques.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and experience with macOS and Microsoft Office.
- A current CASA Remote Pilot Licence (RePL), or willingness to obtain one within six weeks through CASA‑approved training.

Physical and Travel Requirements

- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 12 kg.
- Must hold a current, valid Australian driver’s licence and be able to hire a car for work travel.
- Must be able to drive for up to two hours at a time and work outdoors in all seasons.
- Occasional night and weekend work required (rotating roster).
- Must pass a satisfactory Driving Record Check before starting.

- Enjoys the challenge of photographing buildings and suburbs, and finds creative solutions.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with key contacts at assigned companies.
- Flexible,



adaptable with excellent multi‑tasking and time‑management skills.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced setting.
- Experience with commercial drone photography.
- Ability to capture and edit high‑quality interior and exterior property videos and photography.
- Full understanding of best practices for architectural photography and artistic vision.
