Regional Group Australia (RGA) is a leading independent Australian construction material producer across regional NSW, VIC & QLD. RGA are seeking an experienced and reliable full‑time Quarry Operator to be based at our Luxor Quarry.

Key Responsibilities

- Mobile plant operation including Watercart, Front End Loader, and Excavator
- Experience with quarry products, terminology, and QA basics
- Previous operation of fixed crushing plant
- Previous experience in fixed plant maintenance
- Complete daily servicing of plant.
- Complete daily pre‑start checks on plant
- Participate in daily toolbox talks
- Develop a thorough understanding of Maas Group WHS policies and procedures
- Follow all set instructions from Quarry Supervisor / Manager.

Required Skills and Experience

- Various plant experience including front end loader and excavator
- Experience working in a quarry environment




- Current HC driver’s licence
- White Card
- Good communication skills
- Use of initiative, proactive and organised approach to work
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical assessment prior to commencement on site.
