As Technical Director, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the Mission Critical business across Australia. Working alongside a highly regarded multidisciplinary team, you will provide technical leadership on complex, high‑profile projects while helping to shape strategy, win current work and build long‑term client partnerships.
You'll be trusted to influence project outcomes from concept through to delivery, while helping grow both the team and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical design and technical delivery of major mission critical and data centre projects.
- Provide strategic technical leadership across complex multidisciplinary projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, operators and key industry stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop high‑performing engineers across the business.
- Support business development, proposals and major project pursuits.
- Drive innovation, quality and technical excellence throughout project delivery.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the national Mission Critical team.
About You
You'll be an accomplished engineering leader with:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering.
- A proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Excellent client‑facing, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience winning work and developing lasting client relationships.
- Chartered status (or equivalent) would be highly regarded.
