We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our high-performing Banking & Finance team based in our Sydney office supporting partners in our Corporate and Institutional Banking team, working across a diverse range of financing transactions including Structured Finance, Securitisation, and general Corporate Finance matters (both domestic and cross-border).

This is a fantastic role for a driven lawyer looking to deepen their expertise while working alongside leading practitioners on complex, high-value transactions.

To be successful and thrive in this role you will have the following skills

- 5+ years’ PQE with strong experience in Structured Finance and Securitisation transactions
- Experience in general corporate finance and project finance is preferred but not essential
- International experience (highly regarded)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
