Salary Range: LGO1 ($59,278 - $68,048 per annum + superannuation) based on skills, qualifications and experience

About The Role

Join Townsville City Council's Library Services team and help keep library collections organised, maintained, and ready for the community to enjoy. As part of the Collections Services team, you'll assist with preparing, processing, handling, and distributing library materials while supporting the day-to-day operations of the service.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, being part of a supportive team, and contributing to a positive experience for library customers. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, with opportunities to build your skills and confidence. About You

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a current Working with Children Blue Card. Enjoys practical, hands-on work. Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Can follow processes and complete routine tasks accurately. Communicates respectfully and works well with others. Is committed to providing good customer service. Can work independently and as part of a team. Is able to undertake routine operational tasks,



with reasonable adjustments tailored to your needs where required.
