We're a small, family-owned business looking for two friendly and reliable Casual Receptionists to join our team. You'll be working across two closely related companies, providing reception and administrative support in a fast paced environment.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
These positions operate on a two-week rotating roster:
Roster 1
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday & Saturday
Roster 2
Week 1: Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
About the Role:
Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
Booking appointments and managing schedules for both businesses
General administrative and reception duties
Maintaining a welcoming and organised reception and office area
Providing support across 2 business as required
About You:
Friendly, professional, and well-presented
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good computer and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Ability to Multitask or swap between tasks as required
