About the Role
You’ll be at the frontline of our customer experience, helping clients find the right vehicle while delivering exceptional service from first contact through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, including features and technology
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Provide guidance on finance packages, warranties, and add-on options
- Maintain accurate records and proactively follow up with prospective customers
- Work closely with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive sales within WA
- A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Robust customer service focus with a willingness to go above and beyond
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid computer literacy
- Current WA Salesperson or Yard Manager’s Licence
- Valid WA Driver’s Licence
