About the Role

As Partnership Manager, you will be the trusted link between Clinipath Pathology, General Practitioners, medical practices, and our specialist Pathologists. Your ability to foster meaningful relationships and understand the needs of healthcare professionals will be instrumental in supporting our continued growth and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing GP referrers and medical practices across your territory.

- Identify opportunities to enhance engagement and support practice needs.

- Act as a key communication channel between GPs and Pathologists, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.





- Build credibility and trust with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Represent Clinipath professionally and positively within the healthcare community.

- Support the ongoing growth and success of the business through strategic relationship management.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about people and driven to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will bring:

- Proven experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or marketing within the healthcare or health services sector.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a range of stakeholders.

- A proactive, customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for building long-term partnerships.

- Knowledge of the private pathology sector (highly regarded).

- Qualifications in Marketing, Science, Pharmacy, Business, or a related discipline (advantageous but not essential).

- Flexibility to meet the needs of the role and your customers.
