We're looking for a caring, positive and solutions-focused Customer Service Officer who enjoys building rapport with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and genuinely wants to make a difference.

About the Role

As part of our Customer Service team, you'll support customers over the phone, via email and SMS, helping them with enquiries, product support, account changes and personal alarm demonstrations.

No two conversations are the same, but every interaction is an opportunity to provide reassurance, solve problems and create a positive customer experience.

Experience We'd Love to See

Experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:

- Health insurance

- Healthcare or medical administration

- Aged care or disability services

- Contact or service call centres

- Banking or financial services

- Telecommunications or utilities

- Customer service roles involving technical support or product demonstrations
