We are currently seeking Casual Cleaners to join our dedicated General Services Team.
About the Role:
As a Cleaner at Buckland, you will play a key role in maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of our facilities to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine and deep cleaning duties including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitising, and waste management
- Ensuring all areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness, including resident rooms, common areas, and bathrooms
- Restocking supplies and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Following strict infection control and hygiene protocols
- Supporting other departments where required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous cleaning experience (experience in aged care or healthcare settings is ideal, but not essential)
- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Ability to follow procedures and infection control guidelines
- Respectful, compassionate and professional manner with residents and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and time management skills
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- The right to work in Australia
