- Minimum 1+ years customer service experience required
- Availability to provide annual leave/ sick leave cover on an as needed basis
- Neat & qualified presentation
- Willingness to learn and grow in the health care industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and welcoming them into the clinic
- Collecting & entering patient details into the database
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering telephone calls & enquiries
- Processing payments and Medicare rebates
- Liaising with medical practitioners, support staff & other health providers on a daily basis
- Administration support & other adhoc duties
- Maintain and respect the privacy and confidentiality of all patients and staff
