We're partnering with a leading engineering consultancy experiencing strong growth across its transport infrastructure portfolio. With a healthy pipeline of major roads and highways projects and several significant opportunities underway, this is an exciting time to join a collaborative and technically focused team.
Based in Townsville, you will provide technical leadership across the design and delivery of complex transport infrastructure projects. Working primarily from the office with occasional site visits, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor developing engineers, and play an important role in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across roads and highways projects
- Lead the design and delivery of complex civil engineering solutions
- Review designs to ensure compliance with relevant standards and client requirements
- Mentor and support the development of engineers within the team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering disciplines to achieve project outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Contribute technical expertise across major transport infrastructure projects
About You
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
- Extensive experience delivering roads and highways infrastructure projects
- Proven experience working on Transport and Main Roads (TMR) projects
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capability
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering environments
- A collaborative approach with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
