About the role:
This is an entry-level position supporting our team, with involvement in day-to-day administrative tasks to help keep projects and client interactions running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the sales team with client enquiries and appointment coordination
- Supporting preparation of estimates, documentation, and client selections
- Providing general administrative support across the office as required
- Assisting with document management, printing, and presentation materials
- Learning about construction processes, materials, and finishes
- Helping ensure a smooth and professional client experience from first contact through to handover
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Is organised, reliable, and willing to take initiative
- Enjoys working in a team and contributing wherever needed
- Has good attention to detail and is comfortable using email and basic systems
- Quick learner & can think on their feet
It would be great if you also have:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or real estate would be advantageous
- An interest in property, design, or construction
