About the Role

This is an entry-level position designed for someone looking to build a career in new home sales.

You'll begin by supporting our experienced sales team with administration, client coordination and day-to-day operations, while gaining valuable knowledge of the building industry. As your skills and confidence develop, you'll receive ongoing mentoring and training with the opportunity to transition into a Sales Consultant role.

This is a fast-paced position that offers genuine long-term career progression within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting the sales team with client enquiries and appointment coordination

- Supporting the preparation of estimates, documentation and client selections

- Providing general administrative support across the office





- Assisting with document management, printing and presentation materials

- Learning about residential construction processes, products, materials and finishes

- Helping deliver a seamless and professional client experience from first enquiry through to handover

- Building the knowledge and skills required to progress into a Sales Consultant role

- Previous experience in administration, customer service, real estate or sales
