The role

You will own the administrative backbone of the business inside Simpro, our non negotiable system of record. This role is built on accountability and trust that you are able to confidently complete your tasks at a high level.

Day to day you will:

- Manage the full Simpro workflow: quotes, jobs, scheduling, invoicing, and data integrity

- Keep the system of record clean, accurate, and audit ready at all times

- Work alongside our in-house AI team to build tools to draft, triage, and process at speed

- Coordinate across QLD, NSW, and VIC operations

- Own recurring reporting so leadership has real numbers, not guesses

Who you are

- Simpro experience is essential. You know the platform cold, not just as a user but as someone who understands how the data connects.

- You are process obsessed. Right the first time is your default, not your aspiration.

- You are comfortable with AI as a working tool and curious about where it goes next.





- You think in systems and spot the manual task that should not exist.

- You are direct, accountable, and do not need to be chased.
