As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations & People Manager to help lead our team, strengthen our systems and support the next stage of our business.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, people-focused role for a leader who enjoys overseeing daily operations, refining processes, and making a meaningful impact.

Working closely with the owners, you will support the daily operations of our office team and technicians while helping create the structure needed for sustainable growth.

You will become a key link between our customers, office team and technicians - ensuring our people have the support, clarity and systems they need to perform at their best.

This role is suited to someone who is approachable, organised and practical. Someone who can build trust, bring calm to busy situations and confidently guide a team while respecting the culture that has made our business successful.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide daily leadership and support to our office team and technicians

- Coach team members and help develop individual strengths and capabilities

- Support recruitment,



onboarding and training of new team members

- Improve systems, workflows and communication across the business

- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Assist with building a new inventory management system

- Support scheduling, customer communication, quoting, invoicing and daily operations

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience

- Assist with workplace health and safety processes

- Help maintain the strong culture and values that define our business

About You

Experience in operations, team leadership, office management or a service-based business will be highly regarded.

Experience with social media, content creation or helping businesses strengthen their online presence would also be advantageous.
