The Role

Fulltime position for an initial period of 12 months, based in Phillip.

Help job seekers to maintain their jobs through goal setting, your relationships with employers, and teamwork in the office. Your adaptability, independence, commitment, and process-driven approach will enable you to quickly and accurately fulfil position requirements.

Being new to the employment industry is not a problem. If you have a positive attitude, ability to manage your workload / priorities, experience with a variety of customer relationships and solid administration skills you can succeed with us.

Duties

- Get job seekers into jobs

- Collaborate with the community support job seekers

- Update systems and file case notes in line with processes and expected timeframes

- Generate leads and source vacancies

- Deliver on KPIs in a high paced setting

This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens. Applicants also must have the right to work in Australia and hold a valid driver’s licence with reliable transport.
