We're looking for experienced and customer focused Event Retail Staff to join our team. If you have a background in retail, event merchandise or pop-up retail environments and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service in fast-paced settings, we'd love to hear from you.
Working as part of our Retail Team, you'll be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience, assisting customers with merchandise enquiries and purchases, maintaining stock presentation, and ensuring the retail operation runs smoothly throughout the event.

About the Role
As an Event Retail Merchandise Staff member, you will play an important role in the operation of the official event merchandise store.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting customers with product enquiries, sizing and merchandise selections.
- Processing sales accurately through the point of sale (POS) system.
- Replenishing stock and maintaining visually appealing displays.
- Assisting with stock counts and inventory management.
- Maintaining a clean,
organised and professional retail environment.
- Supporting event bump in and pack down where required.
- Working closely with the Retail Manager and wider event operations team.
About You
We're looking for people who are energetic, approachable and enjoy working with customers.
The ideal candidates will have
- Previous fashion retail experience or event merch (Essential)
- Experience operating a POS system, preferably using Square or ERPLY
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, punctuality and a qualified presentation.
- Experience working in merch at major events or sporting events will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge or understanding of HYROX and the brand
- Must be available to work between Wed 19 August and Sun 23 August
