The Role As Retail Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a high-quality retail portfolio, ensuring assets continue to perform both operationally and financially.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and lease administration
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Working closely with internal facilities, leasing and finance teams
- Monitoring budgets, outgoings and financial performance
- Identifying opportunities to enhance tenant satisfaction and asset performance
- Ensuring compliance with lease obligations and relevant legislation
About You To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience managing a retail or commercial property portfolio
- A sound understanding of retail leasing and property legislation
- Strong financial and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
