I am a mature gentleman in my late 60’s. I have lived a life of performance and service for my community. I have been a musician for my whole adult life, often performing at local venues and events. I have trained many budding musicians and supported a number of different educational and theatrical institutions over the years. I have a large loving family. I have made many contributions to my local community over the years.
I have always valued fitness and would cycle many kilometers in my younger years. Recently my mobility has declined and I use a manual wheelchair, this allows me to still enjoy my connection to my local community as this is very important to me.
I have been diagnosed with Fronto-Temporal Dementia, the dementia I live with is now advanced. This means I require a full range of support assistance to continue to live my life in a manner that respects me and meets my support needs. I remain living in my family home supported by a committed team of support workers around the clock.
