We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Disability Support Worker who genuinely cares about making a difference and can provide consistent, high-quality support to participants with complex needs.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Casual Disability Support Workers to join our team across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

We are looking for experienced, reliable, and compassionate Support Workers who are passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred support to participants with a range of abilities, needs, and ages.

The role involves supporting participants in their homes and within the community, assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and building meaningful relationships based on trust, respect, and choice.

We are seeking someone who is mature, dependable, and confident working with a variety of participants, including individuals with complex support needs, physical support requirements, behavioural support needs, and diverse personal goals.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking Support Workers who have:

- Previous experience working in disability support or community services
- Experience supporting participants with different needs and abilities
- A calm, patient, and respectful approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships




- Confidence supporting personal care, daily living tasks, and community access
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Your Responsibilities

- Provide person-centred support tailored to each participant’s individual needs and goals
- Support participants in their homes and community environments
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks where required
- Support participants to develop independence and achieve their goals
- Build positive and respectful relationships with participants and their families
- Follow support plans and behaviour support strategies where required
- Complete accurate shift notes and documentation
- Communicate effectively with coordinators and the wider support team

Essential Requirements

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Availability across a flexible roster
- Previous disability support experience (essential)
