Cranfield Group is currently working with a number of outstanding construction clients across the Gold Coast and we are looking for our next labouring superstars!
With projects commencing and expanding across the Northern, Central and Southern Gold Coast, we are seeking experienced Labourers, Skilled Labourers and Trades Assistants for a variety of ongoing opportunities.
Our projects span across:
- Commercial construction
- Luxury residential developments
- Industrial projects
We currently have a mixture of opportunities available, including temporary assignments, casual full-time hours and longer-term contract positions.

Duties May Include:
- General site labouring duties
- Assisting trades in office
- Using hand and power tools
- Site clean-up and material handling
- Working alongside site supervisors to ensure projects run efficiently
- Supporting commercial, residential and industrial construction activities
To Be Successful You Will Have:
- Current White Card
- Reliable transport and driver's licence
- Full PPE
- Recent construction experience within Australia
- Proven ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Recent working references
- Strong work ethic and reliability
For our more skilled positions, we are ideally seeking candidates with a minimum of 12 months' experience on construction sites, allowing you to hit the ground running from day one.
