We’re seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our customer base. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline from prospecting to close across target segments.
- Lead discovery, solution mapping, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Nurture partner and channel relationships to accelerate deal flow.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product on campaigns, messaging, and feedback loops.
- Forecast accurately and report on KPIs using our ticketing system.
- Represent the company at industry events and thought-leadership opportunities.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development — equipment or technology experience highly regarded
- A genuine hunter mentality — comfortable generating your own pipeline, not just managing inbound leads
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Confidence presenting technical product solutions to a range of stakeholders
