This is an opportunity to join the Vinnies team as our Assistant Retail Manager. You'll be working with thrifted fashion, visual merchandising and making a difference, with all Vinnies shop profits crucial in funding our support for over 55,000 West Australians every year.

About the position:

- Permanent Part-time position (15.2 hours per week working across two days)

- Curating fashion for a personalised experience in our thriving Morley store

- Recruiting, training and supporting a dedicated team of Volunteers

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Supporting the Retail Manager to achieve exceptional outcomes for the store

- Processing high volumes of donated stock

What you need:

- Minimum 2 years Retail Management experience with a strong focus on inventory and store presentation

- Proven retail fashion sales experience with a drive to succeed and achieve results

- A real passion for delivering incredible customer service

- Demonstrated understanding of stock control management

- Excellent communication skills with a large range of stakeholders

- Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations; a strong can-do and hands-on approach to work

- An ability to foster a positive team spirit and lead by example; inspiring action and passion for our greater Vinnies Mission
