CD Power is a leading Australian supplier of power generation equipment and services to the mining, oil & gas, utilities and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised and customer-focused Spare Parts Interpreter to join our Adelaide team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected company in a technically diverse environment supporting diesel generators, industrial engines and associated equipment.

About the Role

Working within our Spare Parts Sales team, you will be responsible for interpreting customer requirements, sourcing and supplying parts, preparing quotations, processing orders and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

You will work closely with our Service, Projects and Warehouse teams to ensure parts are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret and identify parts for diesel engines, generators and associated equipment.

- Prepare customer quotations and process sales orders.

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.

- Liaise with suppliers to source parts and manage lead times.

- Create and maintain pricing lists for key customers.

- Support internal & external stakeholders with urgent breakdown and maintenance requirements.





- Contribute to a well-organised and efficient Parts department.

About You

You will be someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in customer service and thrives in a fast-paced technical environment.

Ideally you will have:

- Previous experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter or in a similar technical parts role.

- Experience with diesel engines, power generation, heavy equipment or industrial machinery (highly regarded).

- Strong computer skills, especially with Excel and experience using an ERP or inventory management system.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.

- A willingness to learn and develop your technical knowledge.
