Maintenance Projects Planner / Coordinator

Join a high-performing site-based team where you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering maintenance and asset-sustaining projects across a large-scale fixed plant operation. This position offers a diverse mix of maintenance planning, contractor management, project coordination and stakeholder engagement within a critical operational environment.
The Role
Reporting into the Reliability & Planning team, you will be responsible for developing maintenance plans, coordinating contractors, managing project activities and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to schedule. The role works closely with maintenance, operations, reliability and external vendors to support ongoing site performance and reliability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop maintenance plans, schedules and scopes of work.Coordinate contractors,
resources and materials for project delivery.Manage SAP work orders and maintenance planning data.Facilitate planning and stakeholder meetings across site teams.Monitor project execution, safety performance and work quality.Support continuous improvement and asset management initiatives.
About You
Experience in maintenance planning, shutdown planning or project coordination.Strong fixed plant, processing, port, mining or heavy industry background.Understanding of maintenance and work management principles.Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.Robust communication and contractor management skills.Trade qualification, engineering qualification, or significant maintenance industry experience.
