Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll lead the finance function, oversee an established finance team and partner closely with senior leaders to deliver commercial insights, strengthen financial governance and support strategic growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance technical excellence with commercial thinking, helping build scalable finance processes and systems that support a fast-evolving business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide commercial analysis and strategic financial advice.
- Strengthen financial controls, compliance and governance.
- Drive cashflow management and financial planning.
- Improve finance systems, reporting and business processes.
- Lead and develop a small finance team.
- Support business growth across multiple entities and markets.
About You
- CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role.
- Robust financial reporting, forecasting and commercial analysis skills.
- Experience improving finance systems and business processes.
- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and leading a finance team.
- Experience in a growing, multi-entity business will be highly regarded.
