Direction Psychology operates across various locations in Perth. We are a team of General Registered Psychologists and Clinical Psychologists who genuinely care about the mental health and well-being of individuals, families, and the community. We strive for excellence and are committed to providing high standards of care to our clients—some of the most vulnerable members of our society.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your friendly demeanor, strong organisational skills, solid work ethic, and attention to detail will ensure smooth operations in our reception area.

Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

- Manage incoming calls and inquiries

- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records

- Verify insurance information and process payments

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry





- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area

- Provide support to the team of Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, and Mental Health Social Workers

Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail

- Proficiency in contemporary computer systems and office software

- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required

- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

- Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude

- Team orientated, with a can-do attitude.

- Ability to adapt and embrace change.
