About the role
As a result of growth in the business, Finance Advisory Co is looking for a Permanent, Full Time, Mortgage Broker Assistant to join the team in our Adelaide CBD Office. The role offers great opportunities for training and development in an established and dynamic sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Mortgage Brokers with a range of high-level administration and reporting activities, and engaging with clients, banks and third-party professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
· Communicating with clients to collect information for finance applications
· Assisting mortgage brokers to prepare and submit finance applications to lenders
· Working with lenders to ensure they have all information required to progress applications efficiently
· Working with third-party professionals including Lawyers, Financial Planners,
Accountants, Real Estate Agents to support the lending process
· Maintaining accurate record keeping on internal systems and CRM’s
