EFS Solar has a team of 15+ staff who provide end-to-end solutions for the customer, with in-house lead generation and salespeople, generating consistent work week in and week out for our install teams:

ABOUT THE ROLE





You will play a pivotal role in the company as you set up the leads for our sales representatives to get out there and sell.

- Excellent communication and a will to help others and be successful is a prerequisite

- Energetic and positive attitudes are a must! We are all about creating a positive work culture.

- A passion for educating customers on how they can save money with solar.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working out of our Bundall office, Gold Coast

- Respond to inquiries from customers on a wide range of matters and provide timely, accurate, and consistent advice and information on services via telephone.

- Update and maintain a user-friendly CRM to ensure that all information is accurate.

- Educate clients/customers on the perks of going solar.
