The company

Following the launch of their 2,500 lot Masterplanned community in Perth’s North Eastern corridor ~7 years ago, they have built a strong community already with exciting Town Centre infrastructure already in place, and plenty of happy residents enjoying the space and lifestyle.

The chance
They require a Development Manager to continue their delivery pipeline, currently sitting at around 300 lots per year.

You will work alongside the Project Director, owner’s and broader team on the ongoing strategy planning, stakeholder engagement and of course manage the team of contractors and consultants to ensure things are delivered as planned, managing and mitigating issues along the way.

They have internal sales resources and a site office, so you can get boots on the ground as needed/desired.





The person
Wanting someone with up to 5 years property development industry experience. Ideally already at DM level, or perhaps a Senior Assistant Development Manager who is ready to step up and take on project autonomy.

You must be someone who has confidence to deliver desired outcomes autonomously. You will be capable of updating feasibilities models and producing board reports and paper in a succinct and accurate manner.
