As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)to join our consulting practice and play a pivotal role in shaping complex enterprise solutions across government, mining, utilities, healthcare, and commercial sectors.

What You'll Do

As a trusted technical advisor, you'll work alongside executive stakeholders, solution consultants, and delivery teams to design scalable, secure, and future ready ServiceNow architectures.

You'll:

- Lead technical architecture for enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations.
- Define platform strategy, governance, integration, and data architecture.
- Provide architectural leadership across multiple ServiceNow products.
- Mentor and develop Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and Developers.
- Work directly with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and long-term platform strategy.
- Contribute to pre-sales, solution design, and strategic client engagements.

About You

You are a recognised ServiceNow expert who enjoys solving complex business challenges and influencing strategic outcomes.

You'll bring:





- Current ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
- Extensive experience designing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong knowledge of platform architecture, integrations, security, governance, and best practices.
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow workflows such as FSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM,
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
- The ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
