About the Role

As our Residential Roofing Estimator, you'll play a critical role in setting every project up for success.

You'll prepare accurate estimates, protect project margins and provide our builders and homeowners with confidence from the very beginning.

This is a role where quality matters.

You'll be trusted to:

· Prepare accurate take-offs from plans

· Price labour, materials and subcontractors

· Produce professional quotations

· Manage quote revisions

· Identify scope discrepancies before they become costly variations

· Work closely with our residential team to ensure every project starts on the right foot

The Person We're Looking For

You'll probably already know roofing.





More importantly, you'll care about getting it right.

· Has residential roofing estimating experience

· Reads plans with confidence

· Has exceptional attention to detail

· Protects margins like they're their own

· Communicates well
