Ark Support Coordination is a values-driven organisation which specialises in providing Specialist Support Coordination to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants and their networks. As a registered NDIS provider, we offer services to NDIS participants with complex needs throughout Western Australia.
About the Role:
Specialist Support Coordination (SSC) is vital for marginalised members of our community to access the full potential of the NDIS, connecting participants to life changing supports, therapies, equipment and services, while supporting people through challenging life events. Ark Support Coordination is the leading provider of Support Coordination in Western Australia. Potential opportunities to expand into a Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) or regional/remote role.

We are looking for full-time or part-time (minimum 0.8 FTE) team members to join our Perth team.

What We're Looking For:
Our newest team member will have:
- Congruent personal and professional values with Ark.
- Experience in coordinating services for individuals with complex psychosocial and disability needs.
- An in-depth understanding of how structural and systemic issues create barriers for individuals with complex needs.
- The ability to work independently, think innovatively and demonstrate initiative.
- Excellent documentation and report writing skills with the ability to communicate complex issues in a coherent and concise way.
- Motivated and dedicated team player who enjoys collaborating, supporting and celebrating success.
- Strong organisational skills including task management, managing competing priorities, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
These criteria are desirable and highly advantageous:
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work (preferred)
- Lived experience with a disability or experience caring for someone with a disability.
- We strongly encourage and welcome Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply.

- Driver's licence
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Clearance
- Right to work in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
