This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable Pick Packer Officer seeking a permanent position within a supportive and growing business.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Pick Packer Officer, you will support the Warehouse Coordinator with the day-to-day receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks, and a commitment to maintaining an organised and safe warehouse environment.

Your duties will include:

Receiving incoming goods, inspecting for damage, and verifying deliveries against purchase orders and invoices

Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently

Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (where licensed)

Maintaining accurate inventory records using the warehouse management system

Organising and storing stock in designated warehouse locations

Loading and unloading delivery vehicles

Assisting with stocktakes and reporting inventory discrepancies

Labelling, wrapping, and palletising stock for dispatch

Assisting customers and internal team members with parts and materials enquiries

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse in line with WHS requirements

Supporting general warehouse operations and completing additional duties as required

Roster:

Day Shift

Monday to Friday





8:00am 4:30pm

30-minute unpaid lunch break

Paid overtime available as required between 8:00am and 5:00pm

What You Will Need:

Previous experience in a warehouse, pick packing, stores, or logistics environment (essential)

Robust attention to detail and ability to accurately pick and pack orders

Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding tasks

Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities

Current Forklift Licence (highly regarded)

Current Driver's Licence (desirable)
