National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Dental Assistant to assist the team in our modern practice at St Quentin Dental on a part time basis.

Position is for 30 hours per week. Mon 7.45 - 5.15, Tue 8.45 - 1.15, Wed 7.45 - 5.15, Thurs 7.45 - 5.15

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. This includes assisting dentists with day-to-day procedures and ensuring all instruments are properly sterilised in line with infection control standards.



Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

- Minimum 2 years experience as a Dental Assistant

- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite

- Outstanding work ethic with the ability to take instruction

You are:

- Highly professional, with a polished image and positive personal presentation

- An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with solid attention to detail

- Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes

- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic

- Willing to be trained in Reception duties
