As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious and driven Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, winning current business, recruiting quality candidates, and managing key accounts while working closely with an experienced recruitment team to deliver outstanding results.

About the Role

As the face of A&I; Solutions, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships and ensuring every client receives an exceptional recruitment experience.

Working alongside our recruitment delivery team, you'll focus on building long-term partnerships rather than simply filling vacancies.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing new business through proactive phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events and client visits.

- Identifying and qualifying recruitment opportunities across our core industries.

- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

- Negotiating Terms of Business and commercial agreements.

- Managing client accounts and becoming their trusted recruitment partner.

- Conducting regular client meetings, site visits and relationship reviews.

- Understanding clients' workforce planning, project pipelines and hiring requirements.

- Working closely with our recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery of vacancies.

- Managing client expectations throughout the recruitment process.





- Resolving client issues professionally while maintaining exceptional service standards.

- Accurately maintaining CRM records and client documentation.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience in recruitment, labour hire, account management or business development.

- A proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- A current Australian Driver's Licence.

Experience within mining, construction, engineering or industrial recruitment will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
