Port Lincoln Health and Hospital Service is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN1) for a two-week contract position across Eyre Ward A and the Emergency Department. Based in Port Lincoln, South Australia, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting on a flexible hours arrangement of 0.84-1.0 FTE (up to 76 hours per fortnight). The contract runs from 4 September to 18 September 2026, with remuneration ranging from AUD69.42 to AUD92.71 per hour.

Preferred Requirements

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA




- Modified Parramatta Scale (MPS) experience or familiarity with MPS classification systems
- Ability to work flexibly across ward and emergency department environments
- Sound clinical judgment and capacity to adapt to shift-by-shift redeployment as needed
- Strong communication skills and experience working within multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Recent experience in acute care, ward nursing, or emergency department settings
- Familiarity with South Australian health service protocols and systems
