CNC Machinists & CNC Operators – Perth Metro (North & South of the River) $40 - $55 per hour + overtime & penalties

We are currently seeking experienced CNC Machinists, CNC Operators, and Machine Operators for a range of workshop-based opportunities across the Perth metropolitan area.

Our clients are leading engineering, manufacturing, and industrial businesses servicing sectors including mining, resources, oil & gas, defence, power generation, and general manufacturing.

About the RolesWe are seeking candidates with experience operating CNC machinery across production, precision machining, and general engineering environments.

Responsibilities may include:

- Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently
- Setting up machines, tooling changes, and adjustments
- Loading and unloading components
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Completing quality checks using measuring equipment
- Performing basic CNC edits and offsets
- General workshop duties and maintaining a safe working environment

Skills & ExperienceSuitable candidates will ideally have experience with:

- CNC lathes, mills, machining centres, vertical borers,



or horizontal borers
- CNC control systems including FANUC, Siemens, Mazatrol, Heidenhain, or Okuma
- CNC machine setup and operation
- Tooling changes and machine adjustments
- Manual machining experience (highly regarded)
- Precision machining and general workshop practices
- Measuring equipment and quality control processes

RequirementsTo be considered, you will have:

- Previous CNC machining or machine operating experience
- Relevant trade qualification or demonstrated industry experience
- Experience within a workshop, manufacturing, or engineering workplace
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work safely and effectively within a team environment
