Victorian Builder known for their expertise in D&C; projects across Commercial, Education. Health, Industrial, Sporting and Community buildings up to $120m.
They have over 20 years of operations, this builder has a solid name in the industry and has strong connections across both government and private clients.

Project:
Starting in September, you will manage a $40m High End Apartment project in Essendon. This is a 8 level, 2 basement project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of institutional projects greater than $40m
- Manage project life cycle: feasibility, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, hand-over and defects.
- Oversee project teams including Contracts Administrators, site teams and subcontractors.
- Manage compliance with quality, safety (OHS) and environmental factors.
- Control project risks, cost drives, program impacts and change management.

Key Requirements:





- A relevant Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction Management
- Demonstrative experience as a Project Manager working on multi level construction projects.
- Experience in the Tier 2 /3 Victorian Construction market.
- Excellent commercial acumen: financial budgets, contracts, claims and variations.
- Exceptional leadership and people skills: ability to inspire, manage and develop project teams; balanced with hands-on execution.
