Location: Eagle Farm, Queensland

Gollan Racing is seeking experienced and motivated staff to join our successful thoroughbred racing stable at Eagle Farm, Queensland.

These are full-time positions offering the opportunity to work within a highly qualified and dynamic racing team. While previous racing experience is preferred, it is not essential—we are happy to provide on-the-job training for applicants with the right attitude and basic horse handling skills.

Essential Requirements

- Horse handling skills
- Experience in horse care and general stable duties
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of horse care
- Availability to work early mornings, with some afternoon and weekend shifts




- Willingness to attend race days when required
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
