HSE Coordinator – Drive Safety and Operational Excellence Across Australia

What We’re Looking For: Essential Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience in HSE/WHS, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or mining sectors
- Current and valid driver’s licence for regional travel
- Qualification in Work Health & Safety or related discipline (preferred)
- Familiarity with legislative safety requirements, permits, licences,
and regulatory reporting
- Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
- Effective communication abilities and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP or Velocity experience is advantageous
- Exposure to ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) (desirable)
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience supporting internal and external safety audits
- Skilled in risk assessment processes and development of risk registers
- Knowledge of safety management systems and contractor onboarding processes
Preferred Education & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in WHS, Safety, or a related field
- Up to 3 years’ experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in relevant industries
Additional Requirements
- Travel across multiple sites nationwide is expected
