About The Role
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and solving problems. You'll support a portfolio of high-value business customers, helping them with everything from technical enquiries and account changes through to product support and troubleshooting. Working closely with Account Managers and internal teams, you'll play an important role in making sure customers receive a seamless experience every time they get in touch. No two days are the same, making this a great role for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership of customer outcomes.
Duties
- Support strategic business customers via phone and email
- Resolve enquiries relating to merchant services, banking and eCommerce products
- Troubleshoot terminal and technical issues, escalating more complex cases when required
- Assist customers through product setup and EFTPOS activation
- Manage account updates and customer requests
- Build strong relationships and identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional products and services
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Handle complaints professionally and take ownership through to resolution
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support or a contact centre environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A genuine passion for helping customers
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently while also being a team player
- Experience within fintech, banking, payments or financial services will be highly regarded, but isn't essential
