With a strong secured pipeline and structured internal systems, this builder is now seeking an experienced Production Estimator to join their growing team.

Your Role
- Prepare BOQs, take-offs and full production costings
- Produce variations and client pricing amendments
- Manage documentation to strict build schedules
- Liaise with drafting, construction, sales and suppliers
- Support seamless handover from pre-construction to site
About You
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Production / Residential Estimating
- Experience within townhouse, medium-density or H&L; builds
- Degree in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
