Kool Beanz Suffolk Park is seeking a Diploma qualified Lead Educator to guide a team of educators in our purpose-built centre for up to 42 children. You will implement EYLF, nurture child-led discovery, and build robust connections with families and the local community.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on leadership experience, a strong understanding of the NQS, WWC and First Aid, and a passion for shaping positive developmental outcomes in a vibrant, privately owned setting.
