Retail Manager

to lead our Mildura store. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team development, customer service, operational excellence, and creating a positive store culture.

The Chance

This role is ideal for a capable retail leader who thrives on developing people, building strong customer relationships, and creating a high-performing team. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the Mildura store while coaching and mentoring team members, driving customer satisfaction, improving store performance, and ensuring the business continues to deliver exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, mentor and develop the store team.
- Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement
- Drive onboarding, training, coaching and professional development
- Identify future leaders within the business and support succession planning
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions and development planning
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture

Customer Experience & Business Development

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local businesses
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the team consistently exceeds customer expectations
- Assist in resolving customer enquiries and escalated issues professionally and efficiently
- Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships and support business growth
- Represent the business professionally within the local community

Store Operations

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Mildura store
- Ensure smooth coordination across retail, sales, customer service and production




- Maintain high standards of presentation, merchandising and operational efficiency
- Support inventory management, workflow, staffing and scheduling
- Help implement initiatives that improve store performance and customer experience

About You

You will ideally have

- Previous leadership experience in retail, uniforms, workwear, hospitality, trade supply or a similar industry
