About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Store Person & Customer Service team member to join our team at either our Hillcrest or Capalaba store .

This is a hands-on role combining customer service, trade counter sales, stock management and general store duties. No two days are the same, and you'll play an important role in helping our customers find the right water solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist trade and retail customers with product enquiries and orders
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at the counter
- Receive, check and organise incoming stock
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders
- Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory control




- Restock shelves and keep the store and warehouse organised
- Assist with customer pickups and deliveries
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-presented work environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to support daily operations

About You We're looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Enjoys helping customers and working as part of a team
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Has good communication and problem-solving skills
- Is comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and organising stock
- Is willing to learn about pumps, irrigation, plumbing and water solutions

Previous experience in retail, trade counter sales, customer service, warehousing or the water industry is an advantage, but not essential. A current driver's licence is required. A forklift licence is beneficial but not essential.
