Are you an experienced Parts Interpreter looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter & Store person to join a well-established business supporting the construction, earthmoving and industrial equipment sectors.

This position offers a great mix of parts interpretation, inventory management, warehouse operations and customer service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working as part of a close-knit team.

Your new role

- Interpret parts requirements for customers, technicians and service teams
- Process parts orders, quotes and enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Source and identify parts using catalogues and OEM systems
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
- Receive, unload and put away stock deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock counts
- Assist with warehouse organisation and presentation
- Support workshop and field service teams with parts requirements

About you





- Previous experience in Parts Interpreting, Spare Parts, Stores or Warehousing
- Experience within construction equipment, earthmoving, heavy vehicles, agricultural machinery or industrial equipment is highly regarded
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good computer literacy and experience with inventory systems
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
- Reliable, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Desirable Experience

- Heavy equipment or machinery parts knowledge
- Understanding of inventory and warehouse processes
- Experience using parts catalogues and ERP systems
- Current driving licence
