We are seeking a Storeperson / Warehouse Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and workshop in Mount Waverley. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for receiving stock, assembling fire protection equipment, preparing customer orders and helping keep our warehouse running efficiently.

What you’ll actually be doing In this role, you will:
- Receive, inspect, store and manage incoming stock
- Pick, pack and prepare specialised fire protection systems and equipment for dispatch
- Assemble fire protection equipment using hand and power tools
- Safely operate a forklift to assist with loading, unloading and moving stock throughout the warehouse as required
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control and stocktakes
- Support workshop operations while maintaining a safe, organised and efficient work environment
- Deliver equipment to customers and project sites when required (company vehicle)
About You
You will bring
- Previous experience in a warehouse, workshop or production environment, or willingness to learn
- Experience using hand and power tools
- A current Forklift Licence
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A current Driver's Licence
Experience within the fire protection industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
